150cc 200cc 250cc Starter Clutch - 42mm Starter clutch for the vertical style manual clutch engine. This starter clutch has the multi-sprags and runs on a smooth hub that measures approx 42 mm in diameter. Again many sprags and NOT 3 sprags. We have found two styles of starter clutches used in the 150cc, 200cc, 250cc engines with manual clutches. Could be air cooled or watercooled. Manual clutch engine only with electric starter. Bolt Pattern is 3 mounting bolts and center to center on mounting bolts is approx 64mm. Width of starter clutch or height when laid flat on work bench is approx 13mm. Need help?
