No Mileage or Use Limitation
Ride as much as you like. Coverage will not end with any set mileage or hours of use.

No Deductible
Not one cent will come out of your pocket to pay for any replacement repair parts covered.

Extent of Coverage
Our warranty covers you for mechanical failures as a result of defects in materials or factory workmanship. Tires, batteries and accessories are not covered.

ATV Limited Warranty - Effective October 1, 2007
HighRpmRacer warrants to the purchaser that it will replace free of charge, during usual business hours, any part except for tires, batteries, accessories, and expendable maintenance items such as spark plugs, belts, filters and lubricants, that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, for a period of 120 days or (4) months from the date of delivery. ATV engines are covered for 365 days or (12) months from the date of delivery. WITH THE EXCEPTIONS SHOWN BELOW. The warranty covers replacement of the part only and DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY LABOR.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: (1) PARTS THAT ARE DAMAGED BY ABUSE, NEGLECT, OR ACCIDENT; (2)FLUIDS OR SHIPPING CHARGES; (3) LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, COMMERCIAL LOSS OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; NOR DO REPAIRS OR REPLACEMENT EXTEND THIS WARRANTY BEYOND THE DESCRIBED PERIOD FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE.

HighRpmRacer makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, other than warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose implied by law, and shall not be liable for any damages other than those provided by law. THIS WARRANTY IS EXTENDED ONLY TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND IS NOT TRANSFERABLE. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Extend Your ATV Warranty
You may extend your ATV warranty on select ATV models. See item description for availability and extended protection plan pricing. When purchasing an extended protection plan, you are increasing the time of the warrantied items above from 4 months to the extended protection plan you selected and all EXCEPTIONS still apply.

Claims Assistance Available by Phone
You will need the VIN (vehicle identification number) to complete your request. The Vin is located on a tag on the frame usually under the front fenders for ATVs.
